This is a resin-cast aircraft kit.
The PZL P.11 is a fighter aircraft developed at PZL (National Aircraft Mfg. Co., Ltd.) in Warsaw in the early 1930s. The P.7, which was designed before the P.11, was a state-of-the-art aircraft for its time, but it was equipped with a large radial engine and had very poor forward visibility. The P.7 was equipped with the Bristol Mercury engine, which had a smaller diameter and output than the P.11’s Jupiter engine, improving its visibility. The P.11b was made for Romania and was equipped with a Mistral 9K engine; the Romanian Air Force ordered 50 of this aircraft and took delivery of 49 of them.
