Description
This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
From the manufacturer: Early in the Second Sino-Japanese War, Chinese skies provided the testing grounds where Japanese aircraft and pilots would be stressed and improved. The E8N2 seaplane was a catapult-launched reconnaissance biplane. It would have fit in well in WWI and provided valuable service to the Japanese over China, but American entry into the war escalated the caliber of aircraft needed for the war. The E8N2 continued to serve, but only in rear echelon units. Kit features two sets of decals plus new aileron rod and oil cooler parts.
