The Curtiss P-40 Hawk fighter was dispatched to mainland China in 1941 to be used by the American Volunteer Group, then known as H81-A2, and later nicknamed the Flying Tigers. This model kit by Great Wall Hobby, released by Pit-Road, is a full-interior kit with an accurately reproduced Allison engine, cockpit, fuel tank at the rear of the fuselage and more! Canopy masking stickers are included, as are photo-etched parts for the seat belts, radiator mesh and more. A pilot figure is included, as are decals for six different aircraft. The first release of this kit also includes an original embroidery patch designed to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Flying Tigers, and a 3D-printed machine gun! (These items will only be available with the first release of this kit. If yours does not include these items, it was not part of the first release.) Order yours today!
