This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
A reissue of Dragon’s very nice Ar234C jet bomber with E381 “Julia” parasite rocket fighter. Apparently the idea was the 234 would carry the Julia into the vicinity of an Allied bomber stream, and then the Julia’s pilot would drop his little plane clear and attack the bombers. I guess he was on his own as to where to land once out of fuel…
The 234C kit features outstanding detail, with full cockpit and landing gear assemblies. Bombs and cameras are included in the kit for those who might prefer to build a “conventional” 234C and display the Julia on the “what were these guys, nuts?!?” section of their shelves.
