Description
This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
A new-tool kit of the Me263V1 from the maker AMP of the Ukraine. The Me263 was a rocket-powered interceptor designed as a successor to the Me163, but with proper retractable landing gear and a two-chamber rocket engine that would greatly ease ground handling plus allow a much greater flight time than possible with the Me163. However the war ended before any could be produced. This model features recessed panel lines, passable cockpit and the open cutouts for the main landing gear that were seen on the V1 prototype (the production model was to have normal landing gear doors that would completely cover the retracted gear). Decals included.
