This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.

The F/A-18E/F is a multirole fighter-bomber aircraft developed by Boeing. The E type is a single-seat type, and the F type has double seats. The existing F/A-18 (A-D type) has been completely redesigned and developed to improve cruising range and weapon-loading capacity. It is nicknamed “Super Hornet” because it surpasses the regular Hornet. “Bounty Hunters” is the nickname of the 2nd Combat Attack Squadron (VFA-2), which is currently composed of F/A-18F.

The exterior details and features of this aircraft are precisely reproduced in this model kit from Meng; the flaps and slats can be built retracted or deployed, and the horizontal stabilizers and rudders are movable. The two-seat variant’s cockpit and cockpit interior equipment are accurately replicated; the specially designed main pluggable pylons allow the easy change of weapons; two types of laser-guided bombs and one type of anti-radiation missiles are included.
