Description
This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
Reissue of the recent (2005) issue of the BAe Hawk 100. Features recessed panel lines and a good level of detail overall. While the plastic has a matt finish more typical of limited-run kits, the surface is smooth enough and under a coat of paint should look fine. Sidewinders, drop tanks and a centerline gun pod are included, as well as what appears to be a drag chute housing. Decals are for six aircraft: A Canadian CT-115, an Australian Hawk 127 of 76 Sq. in a special scheme, “normally” painted Hawk 127 of Australia’s 76 and 79 Sq. and Hawk Mk. 120s of the South African Air Force’s 85 Sq. and Test Flight and Development Centre.
