Description
This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
This is Hasegawa’s new “standard” 1/48 single-seat F/A-18 kit, incorporating parts to enable you to build either an A model or a C model. Includes vertical stabilizers, nose gear doors and antennas for both variants, although the seat is a NACES unit and therefore will need an aftermarket replacement for an early A model. Kit also includes parts frame “M”, which has the chaff buckets, centerline pylon and antennas for the newest C models. Decals are for C model “NK/400” of VFA-25 “Fist of the Fleet”, A model “AJ/301” of VFA-15 “Valions” and A model “DR/03” of VMFA-312 “Checkerboards”.
