Description
This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
The Harrier GR.7 is roughly analogous to the night attack version of the USMC Harrier AV-8B, and is exquisitely recreated here by Trumpeter in 1/32 scale form. This is a monstrous kit which implements 428 pieces and, when completed, will measure over 43 centimeters in length with a wingspan of almost 29 centimeters! Also included are a variety of clear parts, photo etched parts, and rubber tires. Three decals sheets are also found in this box along with a detailed, full-color painting and marking guide. Armament consists of MK-117, AGM-65, AIM-9L, GBU-12, Mk82 Snakeye and slicks, Mk20 Rockeye, drop tanks and “gun” pods (in reality, the guns were never fitted and the pods contained ECM gear). Includes markings for two aircraft, one of 4 Squadron and one of 20 Squadron.
