This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.

This kit from Arma Hobby is a completely new mold! Aircraft with fixed wings proved to be difficult to handle on aircraft carriers, and using lessons learned from the Battle of the Coral Sea, the U.S. military wanted to increase the number of fighter aircraft on each aircraft carrier. The F4F-4 adopted folding wings to combat this issue. It carried the same Pratt & Whitney R-1380 Twin Wasp engine as the F4F-3. The F4F-4 was known as the Martlet II in the British Fleet Air Arm, and it was also active in battles with the German Air Force during the North African Campaign.

This model kit includes photo-etched parts, painting mask stickers, and decals from Techmod for ten versions (U.S. Army x9, British Fleet Air Arm x1). Cowlings with different shapes are also included for the F4F-4/Martlet II. Order this amazingly complete model kit for your own collection today!
