This release from Hobby Boss gives helicopter fans something to cheer about: new-tool Choctaws! The level of detail looks pretty good, while at the same time the parts count is kept low for ease of assembly. Superdetailers will doubtless have a field day with the inside of the cargo hold and cockpit. This boxing is of the D variant, with fuselage halves specific to this version. Decals are for two aircraft: the pictured YP/20 of HMM-163, and JE/213 of Helicopter Squadron 41, Republic of Vietnam Air Force.
