This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
This model kit from Roden is a completely new mold! The Boeing RC-125V was a special reconnaissance aircraft based on the KC-135 aerial refueling aircraft widely used by the U.S. military. The A/B type was newly built in 1965. It has been used for many years, including the model name being changed due to the addition of electronic devices. Six RC-135Vs were remodeled from RC-135Cs in 1973, and the RC-135W was modified from the RC-135M in the early 1980s. Both the V and W versions are still in operation under the name of “Rivet Joint” with the mission of intercepting communication waves and tracking their source.
This model kit features the nose with the built-in interceptor, leading to its unique shape; it’s also equipped with many antennas. Order yours today!
