This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
Hasegawa’s old 1/32 Me262 kit re-released with a slew of metal and photo-etched parts for super-detailing (includes white metal parts for the landing gear, wheels, seats, gunsight, rudder pedal arm, Naxos detector, and radar equipment. Metal parts for the nose antennas, rubber tires and more). Make no mistake, the plastic kit itself is dated (the included crew figures are laughably bad) and there are a few fit problems, but with work and the detail parts, you can turn out a very nice model. Note, you need to cut down the fuselage parts yourself to make the conversion to the two-seater.
