Description

This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.

A virtually unknown, big-scale tooling of the Mustang surfaces over at Doyusha. This kit was previously marketed by Tomy, but nobody seems to be able to remember when.

Don’t let that scare you off, however. The detail, particularly on the main exterior surfaces, is surprisingly good, with nicely recessed panel lines and rivets throughout. The cockpit and engine, however, are a bit weak, but otherwise, if you’re looking for a nice big kit that will build up easily into a pretty good-looking Mustang, you’ve just found it. Brand-new decals by Cartograf from Italy. Includes markings for two different aircraft.
