This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
Techmod enters the 1/48th scale aircraft area with an interesting first choice of subject, the Friedrichshafen FF-33E reconnaissance floatplane. Features a detailed engine, acceptably complete interior with photoetched instrument panels and a whole mess o’ struts. Paying attention to the instructions and working slowly should solve any alignment issues. The instructions also provide very complete rigging diagrams. Decals are provided for one aircraft from the German auxiliary cruiser Wolf.
