This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.

Here we have a ready to assemble plastic kit of the Soviet bomber plane Peshika Pe-2 in 1/48 scale, Limited Edition. Alternative resin parts allow construction of Pe-2 late series. The embossing sheet was designed in cooperation with Begemot. Includes cartograf printed decals for 5 marking options, photo-etched parts and painting mask, Eduard Brassin wheeks, propellers w/ spinners & fuselage ceiling window.

The Petljakov Pe-2 aircraft were the basic front bomber of the Soviet Union during the Great Patriotic War. In the summer of 1945, they participated in wars against the Japanese Army in Manchuria and Korea. The armament consisted of one SHKAS machine gun, one movable machine gun at the back of the pilot’s compartment, and one machine gun on a hinged hinge under the hull. Between 1947 and 1951, several Pe-2FT aircraft operated in Czechoslovakia. Altogether, more than 11,420 different versions of aircraft were produced.
