F-8E Crusader Outer Wing (Folded)
Now you can fold the wings!
This set includes 3D printed parts designed to recreate the F-8 Crusader’s outer wings in the folded position. The parts are designed using 3D modeling and 3D printing techniques.
To install, remove the outer wing portion from the top of the wing parts in the Academy kit and replace it with these parts to replicate the folded wing position. The structure and locking mechanism exposed by the folding wings are carefully modeled in detail, with panel lines and screw molds reworked to match the real aircraft while complementing the kit’s original molding.
