The Aero Ae-45 is a twin-engine piston civil utility aircraft that made its first flight in 1947.
This aircraft was the first successful aircraft manufactured in Czechoslovakia after the war, with many of the 590 units produced being exported.
The Czechoslovak military introduced the aircraft as the K-75, and an improved model, the Ae-45S, equipped with high-performance navigation equipment, was produced in the late 1950s. In the early 1960s, the Ae-145 was manufactured with engines converted to the supercharged Avia M332.
