Description

This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.

The Seal is a reconnaissance aircraft designed and manufactured by Fairey of the United Kingdom, and used by the Royal Navy and Fleet Air Arm. Initially, the name was changed to Seal after a production contract was signed under the name of Fairey IIIF Mk.VI. Like the Fairey Gordon, the Seal, which used the Armstrong Siddeley Panther IIA air-cooled radial 14-cylinder engine, was initially deployed to the 820th and 821st Squadrons belonging to the aircraft carrier Kaleijas. It was used by the corps until 1938. Before World War II, all aircraft were replaced with the Swordfish and retired from the front line; after engaging in patrol missions in the Indian Ocean until the middle of the war, some aircraft were sold to Argentina, Chile, and Peru.
