This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
A reissue of the Matchbox kit, but all in one-color plastic this time (aside from the clear bits, of course)! Typical of Matchbox kits, this is a multi-version offering, with parts to build a civil He70G-1 “D-UTIM,” a Legion Kondor He70F-2 and a radial-engined Hungarian He170. The infamous Matchbox trench digger apparently had the day off when they tooled this, as the surface detailing consists of delicate raised panel lines. The decals are all-new and look very nice indeed. Highly recommended for those fans of 1930s aircraft, or “small air forces.”
