The VJ101C-X2 was an experimental German VTOL fighter prototype. It was designed in the late 50-s by a joint venture between aircraft firms Bolkow, Heinkel and Messerschmitt named EWR, in response to a German Federal Government request. Overall, only 2 prototypes were prepared for tests. The VJ101C X-2 was the second of them.
