This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
The Gee Bee R1/2 is a redesigned R-1 fuselage, which crashed in 1933 with an extension of about 46cm. The main wing of the R-2 was then transplanted on. The fuselage number was also changed from the previous R-1 race number 11 to the R-2’s race number 7, to match the wings.
This kit reproduces the extended-fuselage R-1/2 from 1933 by adding new injection parts for the engine, cowling, fuselage and landing gear. The kit comes with photo-etched parts, painting mask stickers and decals for one version. Order yours today!
